Local landmarks include Pinkston Watersports, the Loading Bay Skatepark, the Hamiltonhill Claypits Nature Reserve and the Forth and Clyde Canal.

A full month’s rent will be required when the successful applicant signs their tenancy agreement and receives the keys.

Bidding restrictions are in place which prevent applicants from placing a bid if the property does not meet their needs. Only applicants who have a compatible mobility category and need the number of bedrooms are able to place a bid.
